But they were inconveniences we worked around and overall have only great things to say about the location, the house, and the people. While everything is very clean, a lot of the furniture is pretty old and could do with a general makeover. The house was a perfect location with hardly any foot traffic along the beach in the back yard. This charming studio is just down the street from an access point to picturesque Lanikai Beach (500 feet) and Kailua Beach Park (a 6-minute walk). We hope to be back soon. We got up for the sunrises every morning, swam, snorkeled, kayaked and hiked. The town is just a short drive away with a great mix of local stores plus Target, Whole Foods, etc. Kitchen could use a little updating, dishwasher was functional, but just barely.
